Open day was blustery and cold. Nevertheless many people joined us to see the still pristine magnolias and the daffodils unblemished by the coming frost. Saturday dawned a sunny but cold morning. The magnolias had been browned but the daffodils and other things had been unharmed.
The late magnolias those still to open their buds were undamaged. We will be open again this Friday and Saturday and hope to see you here.
The daffodils were as splendid as usual and held despite the surprisingly cold weather. We think they will even last another week.
